Shipping
We want to make sure that your order gets to you as fast as possible so we may group parts of your order into separate shipments. You will not be charged extra for this and you will receive tracking numbers for each part of your order

International Orders
Our shipping prices reflect fees for shipping addresses within the continental USA. We will be glad to ship to addresses outside of the continental USA, but additional shipping fees will apply. We will contact you once your order has been placed and let you know of the additional charges.

Proofs
After you place an order for announcements or invitations online you will receive a proof of your order through your email within 1-2 business days. Check Spam/Junk Mail folders in your email account! Proof will come from leeann@kitenotes.com. The proof will show you the layout of your card including the photo, font, color and text. You will then have the opportunity to make any changes you feel are needed. You will receive up to two proofs per order for FREE after that we must charge $15 to your credit card for each additional proof. If for some reason you must cancel your order after we have sent you a proof, the additional fee is non-refundable.

Return Policy and Re-prints
All sale and clearance items are final sale. You may return regular priced blank stock within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will not refund the original cost of shipping to you or the cost of shipping to have the stock returned to us. We are unable to except custom thank you cards, notecards, invitations, announcements or holiday cards. If you find there is a misprint on your product, please inform us and we will work with you to quickly correct this error. Our graphic designers are trained to proofread all orders for grammar and spelling, but ultimately it is up to the customer to approve their proof. If any order contains a misprint due to our staff, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
For reprints please login to your account and select your order that you place, from that point you can reorder any items ordered within the last 6 months.

How do I get my photo(s) to you?
After you place your order you will be able to login to your account and upload as many images as needed. If you are not ready with your photos you will have up to 20 days to upload them. If they still have not been uploaded, we will have to cancel your order at that time. Please email us at any time if you have questions or you can't get your photos to upload. orders@kitenotes.com

Return Address Printing
All of our invitations have envelopes included in the price of the invitation. If you would like to have your return address printed on the back flap, the charge is .50 per envelope.

Processing Time?
Once we get your final proof approval, your invitations or photo cards will be printed and shipped within 7-10 business days. If FedEx ground is selected at checkout, shipping takes between one and five business days depending on your location. You can always login to your account to check the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.
During our busy months of November thru December, we may extend our turn around times by one or two days. If this happens we will notify you upon sending you your initial proof.

Do you have a Christmas deadline?
For guaranteed delivery by December 20, 2009, our deadline for ordering Christmas cards will be Friday, December 4th. Proof approval must be made by December 10th. After this date you are welcome to place your order for Christmas cards however we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order before December 20th. Our office is closed to new orders between the dates of December 20-27 and any orders placed during that time will not be processed until December 28th. We will still be shipping out any orders that we complete during that time however. Also, keep in mind, that FedEx does not guarantee shipping times during the busy holiday month and we cannot be held responsible for any item once it has been shipped out.

How much text can I fit on my card ?
Since our announcements and holiday cards are double sided you can fit a considerable amount of text onto each card. We have had customers who even use the back of their card in lieu of a christmas letter. If for some reason we feel like you have sent too much text we will contact you about trimming down the verbiage.

How can I have my photo cropped or the color changed?
Any editing that needs to be done can be specified in the special instructions box. We will gladly change any color photo into black & white or sepia for you. We will need the highest resolution copy you have. If for some reason, the editing cannot be done as requested, we will contact you before we proceed further.

How many envelopes will I receive with my order?
For every order 25-99 cards we provide 1 extra envelope. 100+ we provide 3 extra envelopes per 100. Four our thank you cards and notecards, we only provide the same number of envelopes as cards.

Do any of your cards need extra postage?
No, any card with a measurement of less than 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" cards are standard postage. Exceptions would be any square invitation or announcement.

Can I make changes to the designs?
You may change the color or font style to your card. You may also add text wherever you would like. We will not, however, change layout to a card without charging a $30 layout change fee. Please feel free to call or email us if you need special help changing the card. For multiple babies, we can add pictures to most of our designs, please email us if you would like to do that.
